1. Where We Ship & Customs

Global Shipping: We ship worldwide. If your country is unavailable at checkout, contact us at service@wildshe.com.

Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees. Packages will be declared at full value by law.

2. Order Processing Time

Preparation Window: Orders require 5 days of preparation time and will be dispatched on the fifth day after the order is placed.

Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days.

International Standard: 7–21 business days.

International Express: 3–7 business days.

Note: Deliveries may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

4. Shipping Rates

Costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method. Promotional free shipping will be applied automatically when qualified.

5. Order Modifications and Address Changes

24-Hour Window: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any changes or cancellations. Changes cannot be made once processing or dispatch begins.

Incorrect Addresses: You are responsible for entering an accurate address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.

6. Tracking Your Order

Use the tracking number sent via email to monitor your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

Pickup & Holding: If a delivery attempt fails, monitor your tracking and collect the package from the designated local pickup point.

Returned Packages: Refused or uncollected packages returned to us will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges.

Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: Report damaged, missing, or defective items within 7 business days of delivery with your order number, a description, and photos of the box and items.

Lost in Transit: For packages officially confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a free reshipment or a full refund based on your preference.
